Made from steel proven to be of high quality and produced in corrugated box form, these sheets can be used for roofing and cladding application in buildings such as agricultural structures, commercial sheds, parking shelters among others together with residential houses.
Made from Painted Steel Coils & Painted Aluminum Coils, these profiles are available with a range of colors including the popular trim color, Silver Latte. The patents of most mobile home roof systems have a blended design for simple installation, being leak-proof and resistant to weather conditions.
Special products contain Curves, Ridge Caps, Flashings, and Angles that make it easy to install our products. Our Box Profiles are ideal for Roofing, Wall Cladding, Liner Sheets, Fencing, Hoarding and Advertising Boards and are available in a range of colours with either a slick profile finish or wrinkle finish all of which can be cut to specific sizes, making them the ideal product for a very versatile use in construction related activities.
Material Specifications:
- Galvanized Steel (GI): Coated profile sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.25mm to 0.90mm, meeting ASTM A653 standards for exceptional strength and durability. Other grades are available upon request for specialized applications.
- Aluzinc (AZ): Profile sheets manufactured to ASTM A792 standards, offering superior corrosion resistance with thickness options from 0.25mm to 0.90mm.
- Aluminum Profile Sheets: Available in thicknesses from 0.40mm to 2.00mm, with Alloy A3105-H16 temper as standard. Custom alloys and tempers can be supplied upon request.
- Surface Coatings: Baked Regular Modified Enamel Polyester (RMP), including a 5-micron primer and 20-micron topcoat on the weathering side for durability and aesthetics. 5/7-micron primer layer to ensure added protection. Options like PVDF, Plastisol, and other specialized finishes are available based on project requirements.
- Thickness Range: Suited for various structural applications, ensuring strength, flexibility, and long-lasting performance.
